Inka is an innovative business strategist and marketer with proven skills in business development, marketing, planning and communications, applying a visionary, yet analytic and pragmatic point of view. With over 20 years of in-house executive experience, she has lead branding efforts in fields as diverse as PC security, international consumer goods, and home decor. Inka contributed to the growth of Birkenstock Footprints, PC Guardian, Portal Publications, through customer driven, innovative approaches in sales channel, PR, lead management, product segmentation and expansion efforts, partnering with organizations such as Woolrich, Stanford University and QVC with co-branding efforts that resulted in significant launch and growth campaigns for the organizations.
Prior to the launch of Greenfire Strategies, Inka gained industry experience working with large financial organizations, major retailers, healthcare organizations and government, advising in fields ranging from wireless technologies, security, apparel, publishing, home decor, gift and garden. She has worked with channel partners such as CDW, C-Net and Dell, large retail chains such as Target, Borders, Barnes and Noble, Macy’s and Nordstrom, as well as numerous small to mid-size businesses. Inka also brings an international perspective, working with companies in the Far East, Europe and Latin America, and is a fluent German speaker.

Kerri McHale has over a decade of experience in design and marketing that spans the gamut from wholesale to retail to B2B, working with small and large clients (such as Target and Cost Plus) alike. She’s passionate about usable and engaging design and dedicated to constantly improving the craft. Along with print materials, identity systems, and more, she designs and builds handcrafted web sites with an emphasis on usability, web standards, marketing strategy. Kerri has a knack for turning abstract and diverse ideas into valuable marketing assets, and enjoys working with clients to help turn their concepts into profitable realities.

Oksana brings a diversified range of product development, marketing, sales, and engineering experience to Greenfire. She is a believer in convergent technologies (Web 2.0, Mobile Apps, Social Networking) as powerful economic drivers. Her expertise in product marketing, fast market penetration, strategic alliances and global sales have contributed to the growth of many Fortune 500 and other high growth companies.
Oksana led Product Management at PC Guardian, brought the first state-of-the-art skydiving simulator to market in Europe, and oversaw design, development and manufacturing of critical aerospace components, working with companies such as Boeing and GE. Oksana held senior sales positions with Canon Business Solutions and Oce Business Services. With an MBA from University of California, Davis and Masters of Science Equivalent in Aerospace Engineering from Moscow Aviation Institute, she has the skills to plan and execute projects with all levels of management to achieve key objectives. Oksana is fluent in Russian.

Joan brings a unique blend of analytics and creativity to product marketing management for B2C companies, including General Motors, American Greetings, Portal Publications, She has expertise over the full product lifecycle from market research and new product development to producing marketing collateral and sales training. Partnering with top mass merchants, including Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, and Costco, she has developed chain-specific products, promotions and merchandising plans. She’s implemented strategies for specialty retail chains like Cost Plus, Bed Bath and Beyond, and PetSmart. Joan stresses the essential “P’s”—the right products, positioning, pricing, placement and promotions. Much of her current focus is on marketing communications for companies with clean tech, green and sustainable products.
She is also a renowned visual artist, which, in combination with her international education serves her well when interfacing with creative agencies and in launching products for our global economy.

Sharon’s background is diverse and includes Healthcare, Alternative Medicine and Footwear. She has worked as Graphic Designer, Copywriter, Technical Writer, and Production Manager and excels in direct marketing strategies, guerilla marketing opportunities, e-campaigns and unique graphics designs to create marketing campaigns that make a difference. She also manages and develops customer databases to ensure customer retention.
Adam is a motion graphics artist specializing in video and web technologies. His background is in developing education programs along with interactive visualizations for tech, medical and athletic companies. Adam has developed multimedia for diverse companies like Genentech, Ebay, Abbott, Coca-Cola, Motorola, and Murad as well as major US automotive and aerospace companies. Adam resides in the Bay Area with his wife and daughter.
Jeff specializes in video production, editing and graphic design. He has worked as a sports videographer and a web designer. Recently Jeff has been delving into new concepts for visual storytelling and dynamic camera moves, combining his love of extreme sports with video. When he's not behind the camera you'll find Jeff with a board in his hand doing his other loves: skateboarding and snow-boarding. Jeff resides in the Bay Area with his skateboard and laptop.
